Thursday Relax, Renew and Restore (Class Seven)

Thursday Evenings: 5:00 – 6:30 pm
June 27 – August 29, 2013 (8 week series/10 weeks - No class July 4 or Aug 1)
This is gentle yoga with a focus on deep relaxation, letting go and unwinding from the week. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps are often used to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Yogic breathing
(pranayama) and relaxation techniques are incorporated. All equipment is
provided. Walk-ins welcome if space is available, $20/class. Full Session/$120
