Yoga Basics: Get ready for the Fall Session or just the weekend!

 Whether  you have been practicing for some time or are considering getting  started this special Saturday session will show you the basics of  practice and allow you to get to know instructor Laura Coburn and the practice space at Eka. Get prepared for the Fall session and for your weekend. We'll begin with a centering meditation, followed by a series of  warm-ups and then move into asana. We'll then conclude with relaxation and meditation. Yogic breathing  (pranayama) techniques will also be  incorporated. Posture accommodations will be offered so that all students may adjust  their practice to fit their particular body/mind at any given time.  Students will be encouraged to honor their own particular needs. All equipment is provided. $20/class. Three class pass/$45
