Kundalini Yoga for Self-renewal with Sat Jiwan Kaur Hare

Thursdays 2 pm - 3:30 pm (March 6 - April 17)

Session Fee: $110

"A majority of the people who like to live peaceful, tranquil lives with strength and compassion, with character and commitment, will come to yoga and practice whichever form of yoga their good luck brings them." These are the words of Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga. In the late 1960's he brought this yoga to the west, teaching it openly  to all for the first time in history, to help us prepare for the rough transition into the Aquarian Age. The ancient Kundalini Yoga tradition shares much in common with other yogas-- we breathe, flex, pose, chant, relax, meditate, dance, laugh, cry and snore--often on purpose!

Our class may seem a lot like a Hatha Yoga class--or not!  Each set is designed for a specific result and they are quite different. We work with all the body systems, primarily the chakras, nervous and glandular systems.

The main goal of all yogas is to raise the Kundalini energy stored in all of us near the base of the spine and to maintain that flow of eternal power.  Kundalini yoga achieves rapid results.  It is designed for the busy householder, not the ascetic recluse.  The Kundalini yogi will develop awareness, intuition, compassion and a
sacred presence  Don't worry if you're not flexible and you've never tried yoga before..  It's a come-as-you-are party.  The guest of honor – your highest self.

This course is available for drop-in ($20 each or $45 for three). Students registering for this 7-week course may "add-on" additional unlimited classes at Eka for the 7 week session for an additional $50 investment. Contact Laura at (315) 730-6355 with questions.
