Workshop: Harmony with the Mind with Alexis Pierce

Stress, anxiety, depression or just the blahs – we all experience ups and downs. Yoga offers a way to find balance and harmony in body and mind. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to address your specific emotional needs through a mix of postures and breathing practices designed to calm the mind and soothe the spirit. Using the principles and practices you learn, you’ll feel calmer, happier, and more easily weather the storms of daily life. No experience with yoga is necessary; this is a gentle practice.
