This all level yoga class we will explore the benefits of Yogic breathing (pranayama), relaxation/mediation techniques, and asana (postures) with warm-ups. Vinyasa flow will also be offered from time to time. Yoga philosophy, history and ayurveda will be explored. Posture accommodations will be offered so that all students may adjust their practice to fit their particular body/mind at any given time. Students will be encouraged to honor their own particular needs. All equipment is provided. Walk-ins welcome if space is available, $20/class. $100/session Purchase.
