A dynamic vinyasa flow class where postures (asanas) are linked to breath (pranayama) and music to allow the body to flow through the class in a form of moving meditation.  Using creative sequencing and a focus on alignment to bring awareness and fun to your practice.  This class will build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength.  It will include the ground work for building a strong foundation to master more challenging postures.  All yogis welcome, modifications will be taught and encouraged. $20 drop-in
