This beginning level gentle yoga class is designed with a focus on rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps are often used to enhance the practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. This class is held at a slower pace. Yogic breathing (pranayama) and relaxation techniques will be incorporated. No previous experience is needed. Equipment is provided.
