Four Week Kundalini Yoga Series

Are you able to connect to your center, remain calm and stay true to yourself and your values when life is uncertain, stressful or chaotic? During this four week series of Kundalini Yoga Classes, lead by Liv Avatar, based on the teaching of Yogi Bhajan, you'll learn to find and maintain your peaceful center within and ultimately create a calmer state of being so you can handle whatever life throws at you. You will be lead through yogic practices specifically, chanting mantra, breathing exercises, exercise sets or kriya, relaxation and meditation, that will help you strengthen your body, connect to spirit and cultivate peace in your relationships with yourself, family and friends.
